“What a difference 3 weeks makes! After working with Amy our whole family finally has quality sleep. For months my daughter Sophie used to fight all day time naps, took up to an hour to go to bed, had to be rocked to sleep, woke up multiple times throughout the night (often for hours!) and got up everyday between 4-5am only to go back to sleep on my husband or I.

“Amy has helped us massively when it comes to naps and bedtimes. Before Amy, I would have to rock Arthur to sleep in my arms and wait for him to be fully asleep before attempting to put him down. This could take anything from 10-40minutes. After working with Amy, I can now put Arthur down fully awake and leave the room. He will put himself to sleep and is not reliant on his dummy to do so. As he can self settle he is also able to transition from one sleep cycle to another meaning that he now naps for longer and is not a constant cat napper! We can’t thank Amy for all of her help and would definitely recommend her! Please do not be afraid of sleep training. Amy uses very gentle techniques which is not upsetting to either mum or baby.”

She is good at putting herself to sleep now, and as you said naps are getting longer. There’s a few hit and misses but they’re far and few between and usually due to another factor. Arya, herself, has changed. She no longer fights nap time, and is so much more independent throughout the day. She’s just a different girl! She’s doing amazing. Amy helped us to move Ava into her own room at 6 months old and completely supported and reassured as I was feeling quite anxious about the thought of her not sleeping close. We also tasked Amy to help us to extend Ava’s naps as her naps at home were quite short and could only really have her nap for any length in her pram during the day. From working with Amy we learnt so much more about our baby and as a result we have a happier little girl who now loves her sleep. Amy not only has helped us to lay the foundations for healthy sleep, but has educated us to better understand any sleep problems we may encounter as she grows. Before working with Amy we would usually have a witching hour in the evening with Ava upset, which in turn made us stressed and upset during our evening downtime. We also had catnaps at home during the day as she relied on motion to nap on the go. If she woke in the night in our room I’d feed her back to sleep or bring her into our bed. Now we have a little girl who sleeps for a solid 12-13 hours at night and has 3 good quality naps during the day both at home and on the go. It’s honestly been quite life changing for us all! Amy was very gentle and took time to learn everything about us all before coming up with a plan that suited us. We didn’t leave Ava to cry and no distress was caused to any of us. The results have improved the wellbeing of us all and we are extremely grateful for her help. I would definitely recommend to any parents looking to improve sleep of their baby or toddler to get in touch with her.”
